Driven By Passion
My experience allows me to approach athlete (and all) performance contexts from both a personal and professional perspective to improve focus, manage stress, build resilience, and achieve their goals. My consultation is designed to help you thrive in both sports and life through mental skills training and mindfulness.
My worldview and approach to performance is influenced by humanistic, existential, and strengths-based theoretical frameworks. I believe that we make the world a better place by making ourselves better first: understanding what helps us thrive and what doesn’t, performance related or not, will promote self-reflection and self-awareness. There is so much else to life beyond performance, yet those things contribute to how we show up in performance contexts. It is about striking a balance with self-awareness to show up as your best self to perform at your highest potential, but having perspective to understand we are much more than our “performance” selves. How do we find this balance?
Let’s figure it out together...
